Tuesday January 21st, 2020 at 5:30pm.  “RMST for Patients with Head and Neck Cancer -An Introduction” Presented by Bari Hoffman-Ruddy, PhD. CCC-SLP. Dr. Bari Hoffman is the Interim Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs in the College of Health Professions and Sciences and Professor in the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Central Florida. She also serves as the Director of the Center for Voice Care and Swallowing Disorders at The Ear Nose and Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates, Orlando, FL. Dr. Hoffman has established a sustained and productive line of research, which she has disseminated widely through scholarly publications, authorship of textbooks: [Voice Disorders 3rd edition and lead Editor of text: Cases in Head and Neck Cancer: A Multidisciplinary Approach, Plural Publishing] and presentations. She has made over 100 peer-reviewed international, national, and state/regional presentations, 40 of which were invited.

In this, an  introductory segment of a series of webinars hosted by Aspire Products,  Dr. Hoffman-Ruddy will  discuss Respiratory Muscle Strength Training (RMST) with head and neck cancer.. Registration is required as attendance is limited. Click here to register.

Thursday February 20th 2020 at 5:30pm. “RMST for Acute Care Patients” Presented by Vicki Lewis MA, CCC-SLP. Vicki graduated from Kent State University in 1993 and has worked in medical settings since that time.
